To bring you the best beef possible we rotate our cattle at least every couple of days to a new fresh patch of grass, optimizing the overall health of the land, the animal, and you. Rotating the livestock amplifies water retention in the soil, increases carbon removal from the air, and replenishes the soil with nutrients. By improving the soil, we're improving the forage that the cattle are consuming and therefore, the meat that we are producing. Grass-finishing brings you a full flavored, nutrient dense beef that is higher in antioxidants and healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
We are literally starting from the ground up, working to produce the healthiest meat for you and your family. We are proud to offer a variety of grass fed/grass finished beef packages as well as half beefs, whole beefs and individual cuts.

Noah has the vision and engineering to see the whole picture and all the moving parts while Tricia has the patience and finds the beauty of the everyday "adventures" the farm brings. And the children are learning and gaining the experience of a lifetime as well as brilliant ideas and insights on a daily basis; the lessons abound for all.
